October 30, 2008 Meeting Member Profiles





The Naples Sunset Rotary Meeting of October 30, 2008 Ladies Night has two members giving their history and current profiles.



Carl Theome discussed his Naples history and the many photographic opportunities he has both participated in and observed during his tenure. He discussed both his original negatives to his latest digital happenings.


Roberto Licci discussed his history back to Italy and his passion of painting which directed him to his profession of hair stylist to the Naples Neapolitans. He also discussed his latest paintings and his future both as a hair stylist and painter.

October 23, 2008 Meeting Dr. Jan Malat Discussing CT Scanners



The October 23rd 2008 meeting of Naples Sunset Rotary Club featured our club member Dr. Jan Malat discussing the latest advances and technological enhancements of CT Scanners in todays dynamic changing healthcare field. Many questions were asked and it is absolutely amazing what the state of the art CT Scanners are perfoming today on millions of patients.


Past President Gary Moore thanks club member Dr. Jan Malat for an outstanding job in presenting to the club members the latest state of the art happenings with CT Scanners.

October 16, 2008 Meeting LegalAid Foreclosure Taskforce



Jeffrey Ahren, Development, Pro Bono Coordinator for Collier Lawyers Care division of LegalAid discussed the newly created Foreclsoure Taskforce. The latest figures and what the future holds was discussed in detail.


Naples Sunset Rotarian Adoni Kokkinos presents Jeff with a pen and thanked for an excellent job presenting the Foreclosure Taskforce of Collier County.

October 2, 2008 Meeting Avow Hospice




The October 2, 2008 Naples Sunset Rotary meeting featured Mary Brodeur, RN, Director of Community Relations of Avow Hispice. Mary discussed the latest happenings and the many programs offered by the local non for profit since it started its operations in 1983. Many questions were answered both during and after her excellent presentation.


Mary was presented a pen by Naples Sunset Rotarian Adoni Kokkinos and thanked for an outstanding presentation to the club.
